A number of businesses together with local Gardaí met on 3rd December to establish a Business Watch programme for The Liberties. Business Watch is a community alert scheme that allows participating businesses to communicate with each other and the Gardaí through a dedicated Whatsapp group to highlight potential crime on the street. It’s a simple and effective ‘eyes on the street’ to deter petty grime and vandalism from The Liberties.
The group will be set up over the coming weeks and we will send an email with details of how to participate. Get in touch if you’d like to be included.
