Where to Live

For those attending college, finding a place to live can be the biggest challenge of term time. Opened in 2016, the premises is now managed by Aparto and includes a gym, common rooms and study spaces. Summer 2017 saw the opening of New Mill at Newmarket. The 400-bedroom centre is managed by Uninest. A second phase of housing known as Uninest Tannery will open at Blackpitts in 2018 and comprises 300 bedrooms. Also opening in 2018 will be Highlight Student Housing, located on Thomas Street, which will include 257 bedrooms and facilities. Developments are also planned at Cork Street and Carman’s Hall.
