With a campus straddling both sides of Thomas Street and seven properties, The Digital Hub is one of Dublin’s premier locations for emerging digital media, software and tech companies.  The Digital Hub is currently home to almost 100 individual media and digital technology companies, employing over 700 highly-skilled professionals. Some of the sector’s best known names have started life in the Hub.

The campus continues to expand: the converted Grainstore opened its doors in 2015, while a major new phase of development is being progressed for buildings on the south side of Thomas Street including Vathouse No 7, and other buildings on the campus.

Based in Digital Exchange, NDRC is an early-stage investor in tech companies, providing the people, time, space and investment needed at the earliest stages of company creation. In 2015, NDRC was ranked no. 1 University Business Incubator in Europe and no. 2 University Business Accelerator in the World by UBI Global.

Located nearby on Taylor’s Lane, The GEC provides a world-class enterprise centre for innovative start-ups across a range of sectors and has seen over 600 companies progress through the centre since its inception in 2000. The campus includes dedicated office spaces, meeting facilities, a cafe and various support services all located within a converted historic building. GEC is currently home to over 400 entrepreneurs and small business and now undertaking a major  expansion that will double its capacity and floor space.

The Masonry is a co-working space developed by Iconic Offices in an historic warehouse building at 151 Thomas Street. The Masonry offers everything that professionals and companies require under one roof. From world-class IT infrastructure and on-site community teams to internal heated courtyards, large event space holding up to approx 100 people and Vandal restaurant.

Venture south to the rapidly redeveloping area around Newmarket and you’ll find new office locations coming on-line as well as great established locations such as Fumbally Court and Fumbally Exchange.
