Dublin Liberties Distillery is the area’s latest whiskey attraction. Housed in a 400-year old building that was once a mill and a tannery, it’s now a working distillery, where master distiller Darryl McNally has been creating some unique flavours inspired by The Liberties’ rich distilling tradition.
