Dublin Liberties Distillery is the area’s latest whiskey attraction. Housed in a 400-year old building that was once a mill and a tannery, it’s now a working distillery, where master distiller Darryl McNally has been creating some unique flavours inspired by The Liberties’ rich distilling tradition. Regular tours will take you through the whiskey distilling process, you can sample some of the house specials in its beautiful bar and the visitor centre includes a cafe and gift shop.
