An exciting new resource for Saint Catherine’s Church has been developed – a brand new website! The site is a very useful tool for discovering the history of the significant building and for finding out about upcoming events.

St. Catherine’s Church is made up of people probably not too different to you – families, single people, kids, teens, 20 & 30-somethings, parents, professionals, unemployed, office workers, factory workers, retired people. The thriving, growing church offers mass on Sundays at 11am and welcomes all. As well as this service the church also hosts a range of regular events to suit everyone. These activities can be found on the church website here.

Saint Catherine’s is just one of various churches in The Liberties which offers non-traditional services on top of regular mass. Nearby St James’s Church on James Street is in fact the starting point for the Camino De Santiago while the other Saint James Church across the road is currently being redeveloped as a whiskey distillery and visitor centre, adding to the many visitor attractions in the area. Christ Church Cathedral and Saint Patrick’s offer much more than the regular services, while Saint Audoen’s is the only remaining medieval parish church in Dublin.
