The Liberties is undergoing a period of exciting transformation with major investment underway across healthcare, digital enterprise, tourism and the physical environment. The area’s business sector is vibrant and diverse with independent retailers, new cafes and eateries, design studios, creative enterprises and start-ups and a growing craft food and drink sector all adding the vitality of the historic commercial streets of the area. Its Dublin’s new ‘Innovation District’ and increasingly the place for your business.

To highlight the positive transformation underway, The Liberties Business Forum and Dublin City Council have partnered with Bank of Ireland to host Liberties Enterprise Day – a full day of events on Tuesday 10th October celebrating the diversity of entrepreneurial talent and large-scale investment happening in the area.

Events take place in the NDRC Hall, The Digital Exchange, Crane Street, Dublin 8.

What’s in store:

‘Investing in Dublin’s Innovation District’ – Investor Morning: Join us for a morning of presentations and the views of a panel of business leaders in the area highlighting the major developments in health, digital enterprise, education and the creative sector, and public realm and community life in Dublin 8.

Bank of Ireland Enterprise Town – ‘Show Your Business’: The local James’s Street team are showcasing the very best of small business in The Liberties with a fair, a celebrity-packed afternoon of presentations, ‘The Liberties Den’ – live pitches to Dragon’s Den star Bobby Kerr, opportunities to hear from local businesses and entrepreneurs and some celebrity appearances.
