The Liberties Festival, Dublin’s longest running community arts festival, makes a welcome return to live events this September with a packed programme of activities across four days, from 1st to 4th September.
With themes including Health & Wellbeing, Environment, Music, Culture and Family Day, the programme includes almost 100 events at venues across the neighbourhood. With something for every taste, the Festival features local artists and performers, is supported by local business and community groups, and places the diverse social character of The Liberties at its heart.
Among the highlights:
Most events are free. You need to book for Build Your Own Air Quality Sensor and the Iveagh Trust Museum Flat tours and payment is required for Elvis by Candlelight, the Comedy Night and Iveagh Trust Museum Flat tours. Bookings can be made via info@recdp.ie.
The festival runs Thursday 1st to Sunday 4th September. Full details of all events at www.thelibertiesfestival.com or download the brochure below.
