The Liberties Cultural Association in association with the Cle Club invite you to a celebration of the musical heritage of the Liberties.

Join Mick O’Connor and Des Geraghty on a musical stroll through the heart of the Liberties.
Steeped in the musical tradition of the area Mick and Des will be joined by musicians, singers and story tellers as we pay particular tribute to the unique contribution of the Liberties to uilleann piping.

Music, poetry, songs and stories at Oscar Square, Weaver Square, Pimlico, Thomas Court, Thomas Street and Meath Street, concluding with a Clé club session in The Lark Inn, Meath Street (2.30pm). Songs and music from the floor.

Assemble: Oscar Square at 12 noon on Sunday 29th July.

This is a free event. Donations this time to Na Píobairí Uilleann education programme.

This event is funded by The Heritage Council and is part of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018.
