Two design options for the proposed ‘Weaver Park’ are currently up for public discussion. The initial design workshop held in April had over 100 people attending. These opinions were whittled down to 2 design options which were presented on 24th June at Fumbally Cafe. The intention now is to proceed to planning with the favoured option, with construction commencing in Spring 2016!
Weaver Park on Cork Street has been campaigned for by a number of groups in the area over a few years now, so it is welcome to see the project advance. Great work by Áit Urbanism + Landscape and Dublin City Council.
